I have practiced Osteopathy for over 25 years. I incorporate the gentle phased reflex techniques of Ortho-Bionomy alongside Polarity therapy. I am trained in a wide range of Alternative Medical disciplines including Naturopathy, Herbalism, Nutrition and Chinese Medicine. My focus has always been integration of Body and Mind and using a Holistic framework to understand not only pain disorders but also finding solutions for general health. Where needed I offer functional testing. I have a Diploma in Integrative Psychology (Hakomi) which provides client centered, respectful non intrusive methods. Astrology Counseling is also available to find out core issues affecting current patterns and issues in your life.
