Sausages
When I reviewed last time I said how great the sage and pork sausages were now we've enjoyed the scotch fillet we bought I have to say that was wonderful too. No other butcher can compare!!

We called into this butcher on the way back to the Kapiti coast today , we bought Scotch Fillet which we haven't tried yet but along with this we bought thick sage and onion sausages which we have had tonight we are now wishing we had bought more sausages , they are the best ever, so much flavour. We are going to contact to see if we can get some couriered down to Kapiti. Hope the recipe is never changed!!!
