Established in 1985 as Auckland Pallet Company, Big Tuff Pallets has grown into one of New Zealand’s largest, 100% privately owned pallet manufacturers. Following our 2008 merger with Pallet Products Ltd, we expanded to include our own on-site milling operation making us the only pallet company in NZ with a purpose-built sawmill. This ensures a reliable timber supply and competitive prices, even during peak seasonal demands. Driven by a Reduce, Recycle, Reuse philosophy, our integrated grinding operation repurposes wood residues into premium mulch for schools, playgrounds, infrastructure, and residential use.
