This is a quick and easy way to get an indication of your hearing health so that you can understand whether you may benefit from further advice of one of our qualified audiology professionals.

A free 15-minute telehealth consultation can be a great first step to get professional advice about your hearing health from an experienced audiology professional. Telehealth consultations are over the phone and help you to get advice about your hearing without needing to venture in store. We can discuss any concerns you have about your hearing, or the performance of your current hearing aids if you already wear some. If further testing is required, a fee may apply.
A hearing assessment takes one hour and costs $59 unless you are covered by ACC or VA – see funding available to New Zealanders at the link below. During this appointment, one of our audiology professionals will perform a full diagnostic assessment of your hearing and determine if you would benefit from hearing assistance.

Damage caused by improper handling, wax, moisture damage or repairs by unauthorised or unqualified third parties is not covered under this warranty.
