We are CrossFit Inner Strength! Located in the heart of Chinatown in East Auckland, we are an affiliated CrossFit box and an official HYROX Training Club. Our coaches have over 10 years combined experience from affiliates in New Zealand and overseas and are dedicated in making sure that you'll never look at another fitness program again after joining us.
